Class description:
During class we will work the upper and lower body.
Exercises for opening the hips and rotation, stretching of the back and abdominals, backbends, exercises in closed and open positions, front and middle splits, exercises to maintain high positions and muscle relaxation exercises.
During the class we will emphasize performing the exercises helping us with breathing and keeping the body posture correctly aligned
